Touchstone Support Services – Lions Shirt Competition Terms and Conditions
Promoter
The promoter is Touchstone Support Services Ltd ("TSS"), registered in Wales.
Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over.
Employees of TSS and their immediate families are welcome to enter.
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Only one entry per person, per platform.
How to Enter
The competition is open from 24th May 2025 to 10th June 2025 (inclusive).
To enter, individuals must:
a) Follow or like TSS on LinkedIn, Facebook or email direct.
b) Like the competition post
c) Help us name our brand new TSS mascots!
Entries that do not meet all of the above requirements will not be counted.
Winner Selection and Judging Criteria
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges made up of the directors of Touchstone Support Services.
Judging will be based on the following criteria:

Relevance to the ethos and values of TSS

Appropriateness for use in a care and support environment

Child-friendliness and positive messaging

Creativity and originality
The winner will be announced on TSS social media channels and contacted via direct message on or before 15th June 2025.
If the winner does not respond within 5 working days, a new winner will be selected.
Prize Details
The prize is one official British & Irish Lions 2025 rugby shirt (size of winner’s choice, subject to availability).
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and will only be used for the administration of this competition.
We will not share your data with third parties.
Disqualification
TSS reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or do not comply with the rules.
TSS reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition if necessary.

TSS Summer Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions

Eligibility to Refer
The referral scheme is open to all current employees of Touchstone Support Services Ltd (TSS) who are employed at the time each stage of the referral bonus is due to be paid. -
Referral Bonus Breakdown

A £250 bonus will be paid once the referred candidate completes their induction, including any required shadow shifts.

A further £100 bonus will be paid once the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period.

Payment of Bonus

Referral bonuses will be paid in the next available payroll after each milestone has been verified by management.

All payments will be processed through the standard TSS payroll system and subject to HMRC tax and National Insurance deductions as applicable.

Qualifying Referrals

To qualify, the referred candidate must clearly state the referring employee’s name on their application or during initial contact with TSS.

Only new applicants not already in the TSS recruitment process or previously employed by TSS will be eligible.

Employment Status Requirement

The employee making the referral must be actively employed by TSS at the time of both bonus payments to be eligible to receive them.

Scheme Period

This scheme is available for a limited time during summer 2025, with specific dates as advertised. TSS reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time without notice.

Discretion
-
TSS reserves the right to withhold or delay referral bonuses in the case of any concerns about conduct, eligibility, or misuse of the scheme.
